Getting Things Done — Technology of the weekly review

• We check and sort baskets
• Quickly we collect in a heap material subjects from everywhere - a glove compartment of the car - a wallet - papers on a table
• We check electronic baskets — gadgets — the synchronization, the made photos, audio records of a dictophone, the magazines of calls received and sent for week of the message - mail - off-line and on-line — download folders — not sorted documents in My Documents Technology of processing to describe in detail not I shall - Allen has made all for me. We reveal problems/projects/contexts with which subjects and the information are connected, and is sorted them in corresponding storehouses.
• Thoughtfully we re-read the missions and the purposes. If necessary, we finish or it is copied. We estimate that has been made for their achievement this week. We choose strategy of their realization next week.
• We check a calendar — last and future week. That has been made. That has not been made. That it is necessary. What time restrictions.
• We check the "Waiting For" list — that it is necessary to accelerate, who should be adjusted, that can happen
• We check projects — the longest action. We look the purposes of each project, strategy of its realization. What results are reached. That the given project brakes. What resources it does not suffice. What most important actions need to be undertaken next week under this project. What information does not suffice.
• We check the list of following actions. We delete made. We add following steps. If much — it is cleaned the least important in Someday Maybe or simply we clean the status of following action.
• We check "Someday Maybe" — if to time free remains much, we transfer to a calendar, in following actions the most important of this list.
• We make the plan on weekend
• We transfer the information on gadgets.
